The customer’s overhead garage door moved noisily and slowly, and she suspected the rollers were at fault. She was right.
Once the customer had removed her car from the garage to make room, our project started by disconnecting the garage door and manually lifting it off of its tracks. Five of the rollers needed to be unscrewed and replaced before the door went back in.
